Territory Manager, International

SGS Tool Company, a premier manufacturing employer in Munroe Falls, Ohio, has been servicing the metal cutting industry for over 50 years has an opportunity for a Territory Manager in our International Sales Department.  SGS manufacturing and R&D is dedicated to 13,000 fractional and metric tools which, through extensive distribution networks, is shipped to over 60 countries World Wide!

  

The ideal candidate must have native fluency speaking and writing in the Mandarin Chinese language. Previous CSR experience in rotary cutting tool industry is a plus, light travel for trade shows and to customer sites is required. Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering or substantial equivalent experience is needed. The selected candidate must meet all hiring selection requirements and a pre-employment drug screen and physical.

 

Essential functions:

• Providing customer support for the Asian territory.

• Servicing of SGS products to distributors and various customers for the applicable Asian territory.

• Management, coordination and direction of all product sales and distribution activities for the territory.

• Exchange rate and economic indicator monitoring.

• Marketing, pricing and promotional program implementation.

• Assist in and participate in all territory trade show activity.

• Coordination of all sales/marketing/technical support requirements in the territory.

• Position does require minimal International Travel.

 

Additional requirements

• At least 3-5 years of sales/customer service experience.

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office products,

• Ability to learn Peoplesoft application and navigation tool.

• Exceptional communications and organizational skills.

• Previous sales training (formal seminars, education or experience).

• Ability to learn the basics of cutting tools.
